Talks and workshops for leaders, teams and women carrying high expectations, difficult conversations and more responsibility than they say out loud.
I speak to women, leaders, teams and faith communities about burnout, relationships, motherhood, ambition, faith and the decisions we keep putting off. These talks address what happens when capable people keep performing through exhaustion, avoid the conversation they know they need to have, or carry responsibility with no place to set it down.
Invite Andrea to SpeakWe do not leave work at work or home at home. Pressure moves with us. It affects how we speak to the people we love, how we lead, how we parent, what we expect from ourselves and which decisions we continue to postpone.
Many of us become very good at functioning. We meet the deadline, answer the call, care for everyone else and keep the difficult parts out of view. Life can look steady from the outside while something important is asking for our attention.
Burnout, relationships, motherhood, ambition and faith may sound like separate subjects. In real life, they overlap. The honest conversation begins there.
“We can love our work, our families and the lives we have created, and still be honest about what all of it requires from us.”
Andrea Bryant is an Atlanta-based licensed marriage and family therapist, speaker, consultant, and the founder and CEO of YouWell Collective, a group therapy practice serving individuals, couples and families.
Before entering the mental health field, Andrea worked in corporate pharmaceutical sales at Pfizer. She later earned a Master of Divinity from Emory University’s Candler School of Theology and went on to become a licensed marriage and family therapist. She is also certified in perinatal mental health and a graduate of the Goldman Sachs Black in Business program.
Andrea speaks about burnout, leadership, relationships, motherhood, ambition, faith and the difficult decisions people postpone. Her talks examine how professional demands, personal relationships, identity and belief shape the way people lead, communicate and make decisions.

Invite Andrea to SpeakAndrea speaks about the pressure people carry at work, at home and in the roles others rely on them to fill. These topics can be presented as keynotes, workshops or facilitated conversations.
Recognizing burnout in people who are still performing, and addressing it before pressure becomes disengagement or departure.
Using clearer conversations, better listening and timely repair to reduce conflict and strengthen trust within teams.
Leadership isolation, identity tied to the business and the strain of being the person every decision depends on.
The resentment, guilt and exhaustion that can come with being the dependable person everywhere.
Making decisions through career change, job loss and reinvention without waiting for complete certainty.
Motherhood’s effect on identity, ambition, relationships and the support women often realize they needed much earlier.
How faith communities can support mental health without treating professional care as a lack of faith or every emotional struggle as a spiritual failure.
A workshop on the mental load of motherhood, reset rituals and the difference between individual and community care.
A conversation about anxiety, confidence and managing sustained pressure at work.
A discussion about natural hair, identity, belonging and mental health.
A wellness experience combining movement, sound and conversation about rest.
Thirty to sixty-minute keynotes, conference breakouts, panel discussions, podcasts and moderated conversations.
Interactive workshops for teams and smaller groups, along with half-day, full-day and multi-session retreat formats.
Consultation for leadership teams and organizations addressing workplace culture, team dynamics, employee well-being and the demands placed on people responsible for others.
Forward-looking coaching for executives, founders and women navigating leadership demands, career transitions and decisions they have postponed.
People arrive with more than the event agenda. They bring pressure from work, responsibilities at home, difficult relationships and decisions they have not had space to think through. Andrea’s approach begins with those realities and the conversations already present in the room.
Andrea helps people name the pressure, disconnection or resentment they have felt but have not known how to explain.
She addresses difficult subjects without talking down to the audience, turning the event into group therapy or relying on familiar wellness advice.
Audiences leave with practical questions, useful language and decisions they can take back to work, home and their relationships.
